It is intended to exclude KakoExpress liability in all circumstances and ensure that users are aware of the need to comply with laws in force in the country of origin and destination of transported goods.

KakoExpress cannot under any circumstances be a party to a contract concluded between users resulting from the use of the site. KakoExpress has no control and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed on the site, or the accuracy of user content. KakoExpress is not responsible for financial loss, goodwill, reputation, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.

Non-delivery or delivery of a defective item

KakoExpress disclaims any responsibility for non-delivery or defective delivery of an item.

Such as: an item not delivered; or an item is delivered but is damaged; or an item was delivered but it's not the right one / not as described by the buyer.

Prohibited and regulated items

It will be the responsibility of users to ensure that the import or possession of an item is not prohibited by the law of the country in which it is transported.

It will be the responsibility of users to ensure compliance with all border control laws and customs. These include import laws, tax rates and duty-free allowances.

An essential meeting

When meeting between the sender and traveler, they must not fail to check the object, specifically its content and together, proceed with packaging the object. Don't forget to clearly mention the coordinates of the final recipient of the object (name, address, phone number). By mutual agreement between the 2 parties, the object can be directly collected at the arrival airport by the final recipient. We also recommend signing a commitment declaration and exchanging photocopies of identity documents.

Trust-Responsibility-Transparency

KakoExpress aims to connect interested parties and does not intervene in agreements and transactions, and therefore cannot guarantee problems that arise. This is why each party must ensure that all measures taken during exchanges are respected, in order to guarantee the arrival of the package to its final recipient.

1. Each actual shipment is subject to the general conditions in force.

2. The kakoexpress.com service is reserved for natural persons, aged at least 18 years and declaring themselves to be in a state of legal capacity.

3. kakoexpress.com reserves the possibility of suspending or deleting the account of a registered user, without having to justify it. The deletion will take place for various reasons that are linked to the proper functioning of the service and the security of user internet users (travelers and senders).

4. kakoexpress.com does not control the information given between registered users, particularly with regard to the nature and content of packages, simply giving itself the possibility of controlling the adequacy of an address and the name of the registered user. We nevertheless advise travelers to carry out a thorough check on the content of their package for their personal safety and that of others.

5. Any internet user, consulting our site or registered, must refrain from causing the slightest harm to KakoExpress, under penalty of prosecution. Concerning the applicable law, internet users are informed that these general conditions are governed by French law, and accept in case of dispute.

6. As already indicated in these general conditions, the use of our site must under no circumstances pursue an illicit or fraudulent purpose, and KakoExpress will not guarantee the confidentiality of information given by an internet user in case of conviction of fraud.

7. Our site is classified as non-commercial, which means that registered users using the services of kakoexpress.com are prohibited from using our site for commercial purposes.

8. kakoexpress.com disclaims any responsibility, of any nature whatsoever, due to agreements made between users who have used the site. If a user believes they have suffered damage, they must exercise their recourse, exclusively, against the user with whom they had dealt for the shipment, transport, or reception of a package.

10. KakoExpress may at any time suspend the account of a user who has had a significant number of complaints filed against them.
